The Collage Project

Every photograph begins with a moment of trust between subject and photographer, between what is seen and what is felt.

This project is an ongoing collection of portraits taken by visitors to this site. Each image is a single unplanned moment: whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever light happens to fall on you right now.

I select images not by technical quality but by something harder to define: presence, accident, honesty. A bad connection, a cluttered background, an awkward angle. These are not flaws. They are the photograph.

Selected images are assembled into a growing collage that documents not a place or a time, but the quiet act of being looked at by a stranger across the internet.

How it works

When you visit tadej.photo, My character may appear and ask to take your picture. If you agree, a single frame is captured through your device camera. You choose whether to keep it or delete it on the spot. If kept, it is stored securely and reviewed by me personally. You will be contacted by email if your image is selected for the collage. Your consent is required before anything is published or exhibited. You must be over 18 years old to take part.

You can request deletion of your photo at any time by writing to info@tadej.photo with subject collage-delete.

What this collage becomes

That depends entirely on who visits. It could be 12 people or 12,000. It could be one country or eighty. The collage grows with it.
